Attorney Profiles

Josh was licensed as an attorney in 2007 and began his career as a corporate tax consultant for KPMG, LLP, where he provided tax consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Recognizing a need in the community through his work with Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas, Josh decided to transition to the area of family law and dedicate his practice to providing legal counsel to families in distress.

Josh concentrates his practice almost exclusively on divorce and custody matters. He has gained considerable experience working as a law clerk for a family law judge and as a child advocate for abused and neglected children. Based on his experience, Josh understands the advantages and disadvantages of a litigated divorce versus a collaborative divorce and advises his clients accordingly. In every case, Josh seeks to obtain the best possible financial and custody agreements for his clients, always keeping the children's true best interest as his top priority.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys reading, traveling and competing in triathlons. He is currently training for the 2010 ING New York City Marathon and the 2011 Ford Ironman St. George.
