Micah graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2006 and thereafter went to work practicing corporate and insurance regulatory law at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C. in Austin, Texas. Micah thereafter made the transition to family law with a passion to help families in need. Micah was attracted to the firm philosophy embraced by Mr. Whitten and Ms. Boyce, namely, a commitment to helping families resolve issues without the bitterness, tension, and conflict created by a litigated proceeding.  While understanding that a settlement is not always possible, Micah can also be a strong advocate in the courtroom.  Regardless, in every situation, Micah brings commitment and integrity to the process.

Micah grew up in a tiny town of Round Top, Texas and worked in his family's cafe, Royers' Round Top Cafe, for many years.  After deciding the restaurant business was not for him, Micah decided to seek a legal career.  While not working at the office, Micah looks forward to spending time with his two children and wife, cooking, and college football (go Horns!).
